Two ways to be seen
Relief Clinic LLC was founded in 2015 and provides the most affordable telemedicine in Maine, alongside in-person certifications at the Auburn office. Whichever you pick, Same Day Approval is the aim.
Any day, 10am to 8pm
Get certified by a Relief Clinic provider through your phone or computer, any day from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Hold your Maine ID up to the camera, talk it through, and with telemedicine your electronic copies are uploaded the same day.
How the video visit works
Wed and Fri
Sit down with a provider at 216 Center Street on Wednesday from 12:00pm to 3:30pm or Friday from 10:00am to 2:30pm. Bring your Maine driver's licence or state ID. Medical records are not required in Maine.

Telemedicine is available for recertification, so a renewal can start with the same text. Patients on Google describe an updated card back in 21 minutes and a digital copy inside five.

Patients with anxiety, depression or PTSD complete a short HIPAA form and the PCL-5 questionnaire before the visit, and the clinic will not share your information with anyone.
