Renewals start with the same text

A certification does not renew itself, and the easiest way to lapse is to wait until the week you need it. Relief Clinic keeps renewal simple: text (207) 241-2815 before your current certification runs out and tell us you are renewing. Telemedicine Now Available For Recertification means you do not have to drive to Center Street to do it.

Telemedicine runs seven days a week, 10:00am - 8:00pm, from a phone or a computer. Maine law requires that a provider see your Maine driver's licence or state ID before approval, so have it in your hand for the call. Medical records are not required in Maine.

Moving between Maine and Florida

Relief Clinic runs offices in both states, and the rules are not the same. Carol Anderson began with the Florida office, and wrote on Google: “When I relocated to Maine 3 yrs ago, I was able to stay with them still.” Patients who move often ask whether they have to start over somewhere new. Keep the two states separate in your head. Florida patients need medical records and the Florida visit fees apply. Maine patients bring their Maine ID and do not need records. If you hold a certification from one state and live in the other, ask first, and we will sort out which process applies.
