Not sure which way to go?

Confused with which process you should go with? We can help. Relief Clinic LLC offers FREE consultations, so the question of telemedicine or in person never has to be guessed at. Call or text (207) 241-2815 and a member of the team will talk it through with you.

Telemedicine is a video visit from your phone or computer, any day from 10:00am - 8:00pm, and your electronic copies are uploaded the same day. In person means sitting down with a provider at 216 Center Street in Auburn on Wednesday from 12:00pm - 3:30pm or Friday from 10:00am - 2:30pm. Both lead to the same thing, a Maine certification, and both ask you to show your Maine driver's licence or state ID.

The consultation is where you decide. Some people prefer to stay home, some want a person across the table, and some just want to hear the plain version first.

What you can ask

Most questions are practical. Does my condition qualify? Maine's list includes chronic pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD and many more, and the full list is on the Maine certification guide. Do I need medical records? Not in Maine. What do the visits cost? $43.99 by telemedicine and $39.99 in person, with the details on the pricing page.

Others are about the visit itself. How does the telemedicine consent work? What happens if I hold a certification from Florida? Which dispensary should I go to? On that last one, Relief Clinic and its providers have no financial interest in the establishment that we send you to, so you can go to any dispensary of your choice.

The clinic works in English and German, and Spanish is available at the Florida office. If you would rather write than call, send a text or use the contact page.

A customized approach comes next

Once you know which process suits you, the visit itself is built around you. Relief Clinic describes its approach as in-depth consultations focused on getting to know you and understanding your pain management needs, and then working with you on a treatment plan to help manage your pain.

The practice has been family and locally owned since 2015. We make no promises about outcomes, and we do not discuss dosing here. What we do offer is a clear answer about the process, in plain language, before you spend anything.

If you are a patient with anxiety, depression, PTSD or another mental health condition, ask about the HIPAA form and the PCL-5 questionnaire, which are on the forms page. Relief Clinic LLC will not share your information with anyone, and we follow HIPAA laws. Already certified and due for a renewal? See recertification.
