You see and consult a Relief Clinic provider directly. Maine law requires that a medical provider physically see your Maine Drivers License or State I.D Card before approval. Medical records are not required in Maine.

The Florida office also runs a referral program of $10 per patient.
Florida office refund and cancellation policy
- If you prepay for your appointment and you are a no show the day of, there is no refund.
- There is a $20 rescheduling fee for no show appointments.
- If you prepay for your appointment it is $99, if not it is $130.
- Once a patient sees the provider, there is no refund.
